It is equally important that our employees understand and use the tools in the right context \u2013 and especially in connection with our Work Method.  That is why the most important standards and methods are incorporated in our Work Method: Define, Design, Deliver.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/MARK.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>Failure Mode and Effects Analysis <\/h3>\n<p>FMEA <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>Failure Mode <br \/>and Effects Analysis<\/h3>\n<div>\nFMEA is an effective tool to highlight risks.  Elfac uses the technique to go through all processes and running risk assessments as a foundation for control plans.  That way we are able to uncover and prevent potential failures.\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>International Industry Standards<\/h3>\n<p>IPC <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>The most universal certification <\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>In collaboration with Danish HYTEK A\/S, a number of our employees have achieved the most widely accepted international industry certification within wire and cable harnesses, IPC-WHMA-A-620.  This standard has been developed by IPC and the Wiring Harness Manufacturers Association and deals with approval requirements for production processes.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/FIGUR-MED-HAT-2.png\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<div>\n<h3>Robust processes<\/h3>\n<p>ISO 9001 <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h3>An everyday tool<\/h3>\n<div>\nAt Elfac the certification is much more than a document to hang on a wall.  To us it is all about continuous production optimisation (brugen af \u2018z\u2019 er Amerikansk ikke Engelsk, s\u00e5 sp\u00f8rg lige om det er det Elfac \u00f8nsker), better logistics and satisfied customers.  So for us it\u2019s not enough to be certified, we want to use the certification and the best standards every day to the benefit of our customers and their competitive power.
